FIT team are UK Business Awards judges again!

Our two principal Directors, Marie and David Cross, are proud to be judging CX categories at this years UK Business Awards

Whilst David is focusing on the Best Customer Experience category, Marie has taken up the judging role for the Maggie Colman Customer Service Award.

As many of you will recall, Maggie was our valued friend and colleague here at First Impression Training and was part of the team from day one way back in 2001 when we first started our FIT journey.  Whilst we still miss Maggie greatly we know she’d be thrilled and delighted at the quality of this years entries in this category named in her memory.

Huge congratulations to all the finalists as well as the Awards International team who, once again, have delivered a first-class awards programme for 2022.  We’re very much looking forward to the presentations and winner announcements on 1st and 7th July.
