It was a day full of mixed emotions last Fri 9th Sep 2022 – a day filled with so much pride and joy, tinged with a day full of sadness and grief, having lost our beloved Queen just the day before.
Yet what better way to celebrate Her Majesty’s unwavering devotion and commitment to #SERVICE for 70 incredible years, than to meet the Inaugural Cohort of First Impression Training Ltd. ‘Caring for Customers – From the Inside Out’ blended learning programme, at Haringey’s Cypriot Centre, for them to receive their well-earned and well-deserved CPD Certificate of Achievement – equivalent to 80 hours of Continuing Professional Development.
Now THAT’S service for you too, right!?
Massive shout out to Haringey’s Inaugural Cohort, who proved last Friday that it’s the small things that we can say and do and be for our customers (and colleagues) that can make a BIG difference to their experience of us.
As we keep saying here at Team FIT….. it ain’t rocket science folks!
